US presidential elections 2016
Our first product will be tailored towards the US presidential elections and will be available somewhere in the end of November 2015.
Transpolitics turns to the world of political trend analysis and polling by providing models that are capable of real time interpretation of public opinions related to specific parties, politicians, and topics.
For the opinion mining we use sentiment analysis technology which is specifically adapted to the political domain. For the calculation of current popularity of politicians, and prediction of seat allocation distribution, we use statistical analysis models, which use sentiment and semantic values as an input vectors, among others.
Currently we are still in an experimental phase, in which we try out different models and settings, to investigate possibilities for representative sampling from social media sources.
